Anyone with enough money to invest in a large business should take note of Brian Head Ski Resort, the latest resort to go into the marketplace. The location is in southern Utah, providing plenty of skiing and snowboarding access in the winter and various adventure sports in the summer.
While the resort will not stop operating if it does not sell, brokers are serious about trying to move the property. The brokers have recently lowered the price of the Ski Resort to $29 million. The resort was initially listed for $34.75 by CB Richard Ellis Inc. The resort has been on the market for a while, failing to sell thanks to the slow pace of the resort sales market. It is important to note that the resort is still running and operating.
In the summer, the resort features a bike park, a hiking trail, disc golf, and lift rides. In the winter, the resort features two mountains and nine different ski lifts. The resort has 640 acres of skiable land, with 53 different runs for all experience types.
