The Epic Pass has been an incredible addition to the overall skiing experience. For the last decade, it’s provided skiers and snowboarders the opportunity to explore more snowy possibilities across the world. It has also created another layer of excitement for those who enjoy the sport, from the most avid ski enthusiast to the occasional mountaineer.
Every year since its debut, the pass has also featured some pretty incredible perks. On top of that, you can purchase the pass for a great price. It’s what has drawn people to purchase the pass more than once and with good reason. Not only do you get access to more than 65 resorts worldwide, but you also get exclusive benefits that are hard to ignore.
For the 2019-2020 season, the Epic Pass will no longer feature A-Basin. Though it’s arguably a favorite destination for many, there are still incredible resorts on the roster like Keystone. But what sort of changes will happen with the new Keystone Plus Pass? Breaking it down will help those familiar (and not) to the resort and what to expect for the next season.
What Is The Keystone Plus Pass?
This new pass will replace the Keystone A-Basin Pass, providing unlimited access to to the resort. There are holiday restrictions, but guests can enjoy unlimited late spring skiing at Breckenridge starting April 1, 2020. Pass holders will also receive 5 days at Crested Butte with holiday restrictions as well.
With the Keystone Plus Pass, you’ll also have unlimited access to Breckenridge after 4/1/2020. This little detail might not seem like a big deal. But it’s incredibly important to note because Keystone plans on being the first resort to open in the U.S. for the 2019-2020 season. Breckenridge plans on staying open until Memorial Day, which means together they’ll offer one of the longest ski seasons in the country!
Think of all the chutes, stashes and glades you can conquer with a pass that gives you more!
Don’t “Pass” Up The Opportunity
This newly improved pass alternative is perfect for anyone craving to explore the mountains in Colorado. You’ll have so much fun and plenty of time to navigate the slopes at Keystone. But the good times don’t stop there!
Access 2 other resorts with this pass and also get half-price pass holder tickets. These tickets are available during blackout dates at Keystone. When you’re thinking of keeping it local and sticking to one area, the Keystone Plus Pass is the best solution to ride during the longest season at the best value.
Experience the Rocky Mountains again or for the first time with this incredible option. The season might still be a few months away, but that doesn’t mean you can’t start prepping for what will be an epic adventure!
