The ski area spans eight stunning peaks with nine powder-filled bowls, more than 110 trails, and more than a dozen lifts. Tens of thousands of resort visitors each year access 3,300 acres of terrain. All ages and ability levels are more than welcome to enjoy the incredible array of slopes at Park City, 17 percent are suitable for beginners, 52 percent for intermediate levels, and the remaining 31 percent is suited for advanced and expert levels only.

Rider’s Guide

This Olympic-sized ski resort has big runs, bigger air, and bowls that are sure to challenge even the best snowboarders and freestyle skiers. Spanning eight mountains, containing 110+ runs, and nine bowls, Park City Mountain Resort is a boarding and freestyle skiing heaven on earth. The resort also offers excellent lighting for night riding at the Three Kings Terrain Park perfect for insatiable riders in the area. With an average snowfall of nearly 400 inches and more than 3,000 feet of vertical, riders are sure to find their fair share of powder stashes, steep chutes, meandering cruiser runs, and classic backcountry.

Parks and Pipes

The parks and pipe are absolutely epic, just ask the Park City All-Stars, an elite collection of nationally recognized freestyle riders who are often spotted in the area practicing skills and testing out new tricks. Time after time the resort’s terrain parks are voted among the ten best in the entire country. With an expert staff on hand to help build, maintain, and shape the parks throughout the season, The King Crowns Superpark, Three Kings Park, The Ridge, and the massive superpipe are constantly being updated in order to remain state-of-the-art. As mentioned above, the Three Kings Park is open at night so guests can enjoy the many natural and manmade features under a starlit sky.

Out of Bounds

Riders and freestyle skiers who like to mix it up will delight at the sheer number of activities. Ice fishing, the Alpine Coaster, snowtubing, snowcat and heli-skiing, dog sledding, cross country, NASTAR, and ski jumping are just a few of the fun things to do while in the area.
