Ski Experience - Beaver Creek

Experience an amazing ski vacation—the ski areas that you can enjoy here are frequently cited by World Cup racers as their favorite place to compete. If the experts in the world of skiing are saying that they love to compete on the slopes of Beaver Creek, then there’s definitely something to this place!

Ski Levels

One of the reasons it is so highly thought of by seasoned competitors is the amount of care that goes into the grooming of the mountain. An incredible amount of effort goes into making sure that all of the ski runs are in the best condition possible. The Bachelor Gulch area offers gentle slopes, which are carefully maintained and manicured, making for an easy ride that can be slow and relaxed or fast depending on how you want to ski. Larkspur and Rose Bowl offer more intermediate level enjoyment, while Grouse Mountain gives you steep slopes and bumps to navigate with care.

Each of these parts of the ski resort is kept in top condition by a staff of 52 operators who work 10-hour shifts to keep the slopes covered in the right kind of snow. Every day 776 acres of the resort are groomed and every season 106,000 acres of grooming work is done in total, making it one of the best kept places in the world.

Après Ski

The entire ski area is entirely powered by wind, making it one of the most environmental-friendly places you are likely to ski. Avon, Colorado is the true mountain resort area. Settled in the mountains, the lights of the town shine on the white snow illuminating the night. Here you will enjoy fine dining to classic American cuisine. Local bakeries, tasty sushi, honky-tonk style steakhouse, the list goes on. Enjoy local artists, live jazz, concerts, and events throughout the season. The towns of Vail and Edwards are not far, giving you so many options to enjoy night life and entertainment for your entire group.
