Ski Levels

Bolton offers 300 skiable acres on more than 70 trails almost equally distributed by ability levels.  Two quad lifts provide riders access to the mountain’s 3,150-foot summit with a 1,704 foot vertical.  At least three lifts service the other areas of the mountain.  With a high base area that sits at 1,446 feet, and 81% snowmaking capacity, the trails receive plenty of top-to-bottom snow throughout the season.

Riders can find their perfect niche among Bolton’s three diverse terrain parks that progress in the size and quantity of boxes and rails to test riders’ skills.  Those who want to explore the backcountry can take advantage of the guided tours, lessons and rental equipment for skiing and snowshoeing.

The ski school offers group and private lessons for children over the age of four, teens and adults new to skiing. Ski lessons are also available for those that want to advance their skill, or to try backcountry skiing.

Après Ski

After a day on the hill, guests can relax at the Sports Center Bar in the Nordic center, or enjoy food and drink in the Fireside Flatbread restaurant.  Live music and entertainment is offered at the James Moore Tavern on the top floor of the Base Lodge.  The bar is open late on weekends and offers local beers on tap, or custom drinks like their “Peppermint Patty” (Schnapps & hot chocolate).
