Families can enjoy outings to Devil’s Lake State park, which is less than2 miles from the resort, on the Ice Age Trail with hiking trails, ski trails, climbs at view from 500-foot cliffs. Parfrey's Glen is less than half-mile away with paths through ravines that were carved by glaciers. The Circus World museum houses circus memorabilia and history. For adults, a local winery is only 12 miles away.
