Plattekill Mountain isn’t about being huge or flashy. Plattekill is a simple mountain resort that focuses on having the best snow, well-groomed trails and the friendliest staff. The small crowds found at the resort ensure that each guest experiences short lift lines and enjoys the maximum amount of space to try out new tricks and hone their skills. The resort has 35 trails spread over 75 acres with 3 lifts, 1 terrain park and more than 1,000 feet of vertical drop. The double diamond "Blockbuster" plummets the full 1,100 feet of “continuous vertical” and is one of the steepest runs in the region.
