Riders Guide - Waterville Valley has 255 acres of expertly crafted, snow covered land that provides riders with plenty of space to carve. 12 lifts carry boarders around this masterpiece of a mountain and its 2,000 feet of vertical terrain. There are 52 trails in all, 20% rated for beginners, 60% rated for intermediate and the remaining 20% dedicated to advanced and expert riders.
Parks and Pipes - Exhibition is Waterville Valley’s advanced park complete with more than 15 features, including jumps, boxes, ledges, rails and is located next to the Superpipe. This 350 foot long pipe has 15’ walls that are guaranteed to send you into the sky. Other parks in Waterville Valley include Psyched, Little Slammer, and the Burton Progression Park.
Out of Bounds - Waterville Valley is all about skiing and snowboarding, providing riders with an impressive array of runs and slopes. There is also snowshoeing, ice skating, and sleigh rides available in Waterville Valley itself. The town offers shopping, quaint cafés and affordable dining.
Hangout & Hookup - Waterville Valley is not known for its nightlife, but there are still plenty of places to grab a beer and some food at the end of the day. There is a lovely bar located slope side called, the T-bar, it has a great après ski environment and live entertainment on weekends. The T-Bar’s excellent Bloody Mary Bar from 10-1 pm on Sundays features more than 21 ingredients and the perfect cure for the night before.
The Deal - Waterville Valley is a stone’s throw away from Woodstock. It’s an 11-mile drive from exit 28 on I-93. The resort is 2 hours from Boston, MA and about an hour from Manchester, NH.
