Out of Bounds - Mohawk Mountain is a purist ski resort. There are not a lot of other activities besides skiing and snowboarding. Of course, the Berkshires are an incredibly scenic area and there is plenty to do in the way of hiking and exploring.
Hangout & Hookup - The ski area is located in a relatively remote part of Connecticut amidst a protected state park. There are some great dining options located slope side but there is not much in the way of après ski. There are also several towns within driving distance, but they are mostly small, sleepy townships. Guests expecting nighttime activities should have a car because there isn’t a whole lot in the general vicinity.
The Deal - The resort is only accessible by car and its several miles off of any major interstate. The physical address is 46 Great Hollow Road, Cornwall, CT 06753. Type the address into GPS or via a search engine for the most detailed and specific directions to the mountain.
