The ski area houses the largest snowtubing park in all of New England. In fact, it houses 3 separate parks which when combined have a total of 15 runs. There are cruiser runs perfect for small children as well as steeper runs which offer jumps that will send tubers flying through the air. Woodbury also has a series of great ski and snowboard lessons available all season long. The Rod Taylor Ski School has a great reputation as one of the most dynamic and successful programs around. The packages include rentals, lift ticket and lessons and are a great and affordable way to learn to ski or snowboard. There are also great discounts on group and private lessons throughout the season to help both beginners and advanced skiers hone their skills and pick up some new ones too.
The resort boasts great snowmaking on its 12 trails that are evenly distributed for skill levels that are spread over 100 acres. Additionally, Woodbury houses extensive cross country terrain, which often makes this one of the first resorts to open and one of the last to close. There is also a terrain park with beginner, intermediate and advanced jumps, rails, jibs and boxes and a perfect challenge to all levels of freestyle skier.
The ski area has first aid, lockers, storage, a cafeteria and a beautiful deck to enjoy. There is also free Wi-Fi access throughout the resort.
