Getting to the Arizona Snowbowl is easy when you're coming from nearby Flagstaff. You can fly directly into Flagstaff from Los Angeles International Airport and many other top airports around the country. Follow Highway 180 to Snowbowl Road, which is approximately 7 miles. Make a right and go another 7 miles to the Ski Lift Lodge and Cabins at the base of Snowbowl Road, and you're ready to enjoy to the snow and ski fun. From I-17 to Flagstaff, follow Milton Road north for 3 miles. Turn left on Humphreys Street, and the third stop will be Highway 180. Turn left and go 7 miles to Snowbowl Road. Turn right onto the road and follow it 7 miles to the Ski Lodge.
There are lodge-style accommodations on Highway 180 at the base of the mountain and there are two lodges in the ski area as well, for those who want to stay slopeside, both at just about 9,000 feet elevation The lodges have food, beverages, and a variety of ski shops and ski items, and one has a bar and nighttime entertainment available.
