Snowboard Zone – Deer Valley, Utah

Riders Guide - Deer Valley is an exciting Utah resort with 20+ lifts that take guests up to 90+ trails. Their trails are rated 15% for Beginners, 50% for Intermediates, and 35% for Advanced. Unfortunately, Deer Valley does not allow snowboarding at their resort, but if you’re not opposed to slapping on skis, you’ll have a blast at Deer Valley.

Parks and Pipes - There are parks to ride and features to explore that will delight freestyle skiers. Snowboarders might be disappointed to learn they aren’t welcome at Deer Valley, but keep in mind that Canyons Resort and Park City Resort are just a stones throw from the area.

Out of Bounds - Morning Star Balloons will take guests up, up and away to see Salt Lake City and the areas resorts from a whole new unforgettable perspective. Afterwards take the drive to the Lava Hot Springs' World Famous Hot Baths and Olympic Swimming Complex where guests can soak their cares away in 110 degree Fahrenheit, odor-free pools, and enjoy Olympic swimming fun and excitement. Anywhere in the greater Salt Lake City area, visitors can choose from a nearly infinite number of exciting outdoor sports such as snowcatting, horseback riding, sledding, hot air ballooning, ice skating, snowmobiling, jeeping and off-road driving, rock and ice climbing, and cross country skiing.

Hangout & Hookup - Park City has tons of bars, lounges and clubs and is renowned for amping up as soon as the sun goes down. Salt Lake City also has its fair share of nightlife and offers heaps of live music venues, nightclubs, lounges and bars as well. There is something for everyone in the area, be it higher-end après ski or casual, down-home entertainment.

The Deal - The resort is less than an hour from Salt Lake City and there are an array of shuttles, taxis and rental cars that can get you directly to the resort.
