 Keystone Resort Colorado is the largest ski resort in Summit County Colorado and the 3rd most popular in North America. Keystone is a self-contained resort made up of 7 villages designed from the ground up to offer a great family ski vacation. Over 3,000 condos are available as well as shopping, dining, coffee shops and a 500 instructor-strong ski school. Enjoy skiing, riding, tubing, skating, horse-drawn sleigh rides, snowmobiling and snowshoeing within in 10 minutes of ANY of our 95 condos and homes which are all located within Keystone Resort.

NOTE that not all of our properties have 'land-line' phones. Due to the number of people that have personal cell phones with national calling plans now, the phones in our properties get very little use. All major cell carriers work in Keystone with very strong coverage, so in MOST of our rooms, you will not have a land-line phone to use. You should plan to bring your cell phone or read on...
If you don't have a cell phone, we'll loan you one at no charge that has up to 25 mins/day of free calling including long distance to the US. Minutes above 25/day will be charged at $0.50/min (which is still 1/2 of what the resort phones charge for even local calls/min). If you need a phone, make sure to pick one up at the check-in center.

 Construction is progressing nicely for the new Keystone gondola. The new gondola base will be moved into River Run village and will be over 100 yards closer to all of the condos and the parking and shuttle bus stops in River Run and make many of the buildings virtually ski-in ski-out! (Springs, Red Hawk and Black Bear in particular) It will also have a mid-station for boarding and un-boarding about 25% of the way up. It will be ready for next season.
An update is that the first new gondola cars have arrive and they are gorgeous. Floor to ceiling huge windows on all 4 sides and a large compartment seating 8! See our exclusive photos on our update page (click more below).

Fun Things To Do in Summit County in the Summer! |

There
is so much to do in Summit County in the Summer and with average temperatures in the 70's most of the summer, you can get outside all day to do it all.
- White Water Rafting - In the Blue or the Colorado or the nearby Arkansas
- Mountain Biking - ride 100's of miles of free trails or use the Keystone bike haul and storm down the mountain
- Road biking - 100's of miles of flat trails or mountain climbs
- Ride Vail Pass - 12 miles of coasting down a paved path to Frisco
- Fishing - Fly fish in several rivers including the Snake right through Keystone, or lake fishing on Dillon Reservoir
- Be
pampered at the Serenity Spa and Salon (entrance to Keystone Ski Resort)
- Scenic lift rides
- Shopping in River Run Village or the huge Silverthorne Outlet Mall
- Hiking along miles of paved flat paths or up the side of many area peaks
